Palletizing and depalletizing line for beer aluminium cans for 30.000 cph output

The model selected for depalletising belonged to a cathegory especially conceived for this product type, with transfer system on a high level platform. The pad removing device has been developped in order to remove from the pallet in motion both the interlayer pads and the top frames, piling them into two separate stores. As for the palletization, we employed a traditional machine with product inlet on low level, pad inserting device and stretchwrapper with turntable. The available space at the plant was taken up so as to exploit both machines in a profitable way, especially in order to ease the forklift drivers at product loading and unloading.
