PROGRESSIVE MODULARITY
There are 6 units which can be integrated to get the complete configuration: Box forming machine, Case packer, Bevel inserter, Box closer, Palletizer, Winder.

The main feature distinguishing this solution from all the ones present on the market relies in its possibility of integrating units even after the equipment first configuration, after it has already been designed and put into production.

This has been possible by conceiving the single modules so that they could be independent one from another, but at the same time versatile and flexible as well, in order to be integrated and creating an extremely performing and reliable solution.

Therefore, these modules are individually pre-set from a mechanical as well as electronic point of view and compatible with whatever solution you may decide to select, regardless of the initial condition.

HMI user panel allows to employ an unlimited number of formats to be handled and offers some easy steps which will give the operator, duly trained, the possibility to enter the desired formats autonomously.

Moreover, the machine is equipped with the teleassistence device and with the Industry 4.0 configuration.

PERFORMANCE
This equipment maximum ouput is of 9 boxes/1’, regardless of the bottle pattern inside the box and of the chosen modules.
Box sealing could be by hot-melt glue, PVC tape or mixed (hot-melt glue for the lower flaps, PVC for the upper flaps or the opposite way round).
